Terms & Conditions

All tour services are provided by reputable independent tour operators, and TourSales LLC acts only as an agent of the suppliers of these services. TourSales LLC accepts no liability of any kind from any loss, damage, injury, costs or delays resulting from your use of tour services. Participation may also be subject to the independent tour operator's own terms and conditions. Any claims arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought only in the court of general jurisdiction where the principal office of the independent tour operator is located, and the choice of law with respect to any such claim shall be the law of that jurisdiction.

TourSales LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to customers due to a tour cancellation. TourSales LLC will issue a full refund for all canceled tours. In order to receive a refund for a canceled tour, customers must submit a refund request by contacting TourSales LLC within 14 days of tour's departure date.

All personal items, including coats, cameras, handbags, and similar personal articles should remain at all times through the tour under your personal control. TourSales LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items while you are on tour.

The right is reserved to withdraw any tour, to change the sequence of tour activities, or to omit specific activities for any reason, including the safety or best interest of the customers. Tour operators may also decline to provide tour services of any customer at any time.

Unless otherwise noted within the tour description, customers can cancel a tour up to 7 days before departure and receive a full refund. All tours are non-refundable if not canceled by customers before 7 days before tour departure.

No refunds will be made to any customer who fails to show up for a tour departure at the designated time and place, or who leaves, or otherwise does not use all of the services scheduled to be provided by a tour. Most tours will operate in a variety of weather conditions, and no refunds will be made to any customer who chooses not to participate in a departing tour due to weather conditions. Members of any tour who elect to leave the designated tour transportation must provide their own transportation at their own expense back to the landing place of the vessel.

The prices for tours are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. However, TourSales LLC will honor the price at the time of the confirmed tour booking even if prices change before tour departure. Our detailed tour descriptions list all features included in each tour, which may or may not include guide services, meals, transportation, and entrance fees.

The TourSales site and all TourSales affiliated sites are intended for personal, noncommercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. This site may not to be used to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. Robots or other automated means to access this site are not permitted.
